By using the Neurofy website or engaging our AI development, automation, web, mobile and enterprise software services, you agree to these terms. They apply alongside any signed statement of work, which takes precedence where the two differ.
Scope of services
All engagements are delivered under a mutually signed statement of work that defines deliverables, milestones, acceptance criteria and timelines. Prices shown on our pricing page are starting points; final quotations depend on scope, integrations and complexity.
Payments and project changes
Projects are typically invoiced against milestones, with an initial payment before work begins. Requests outside the agreed scope are handled as a change request with its own estimate and schedule impact, so that existing milestones remain predictable.
Client responsibilities
Timely delivery depends on you supplying content, credentials, third-party access and feedback within agreed review windows. Delays in these inputs may shift delivery dates without penalty to Neurofy.
Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of the custom code and deliverables created specifically for your project transfers to you. Neurofy retains ownership of its pre-existing frameworks, internal tooling and reusable components, licensed to you perpetually for use within the delivered solution.
Confidentiality and portfolio rights
We treat your business information as confidential. Neurofy retains the right to reference completed work in its portfolio and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing before delivery.
Warranties and liability
We correct defects reported in delivered functionality during the agreed warranty period at no cost. Services are otherwise provided without implied warranties, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for failures in third-party platforms and model providers.
Termination and governing law
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice; work completed up to the termination date remains payable. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
